On 21st October, Select Ireland signs MOU with Beijing Concord College of Sino Canada at Irish Embassy in Beijing.
Susan Barrett, CEO Select Ireland signed an MOU with Dr. Francis Pang, President Beijing Concord College of Sino Canada at the Irish Embassy in Beijing in the presence of His Excellency Ambassador Paul Kavanagh and Mr. Gary Fallon, Director, Greater China, Enterprise Ireland.
Select Ireland organises study programmes to China for Irish transition year students and for Chinese students to come to Ireland for a high school study period. The programmes vary in length and content with the principle aim being that Irish students learn mandarin and experience Chinese life, culture and tradition and that Chinese students improve their English and experience Irish school life and culture from an early age.
Summer camp programmes are also available for students from 11 -17 in Ireland and China.
